The ninth Chennai Photowalk
We are back to our traditional second Sunday of the month schedule. The ninth Chennai Photowalk will be held on 13th July, at 7 AM.
The route – from the foot of St. Thomas mount to the top. Where rests the Church of our Lady of Expectations, a Nestorian chapel built around the year 1523. More history, legends and myths at the walk.
See you all there?

Hi,
Sounds interesting. Count me in. Btw, is there a rendezvous point?
Thanks!
July 9th, 2008 - 21:58
Chandra, you should also find a nice host who will host you all at the end of the walks!
The priest’s house in atop the mount. There’s also a convent on the other side and a few on different levels on the mount.
Your next walk should be of the Catonment area of St. Thomas Mount.
And I hope you have planned one for Madras Day 2008!
There is a walk of Mount Road ( Simpsons to Connemara junction) planned for Aug.24 morn.
Photowalkers welcome!
