A lazy saturday. A lazy open-mic

I am a little lazy so I will only link to Sharanya’s post.

Or, not.

This Saturday, we had plans to do a big, huge, large session of spoken word and poetry. With a theme and all. But Sharanya, and I, got a little, um, lazy. We, in time honoured traditions, put things off to the next moment. (For instance, I was supposed to have written this post three days ago. But got lazy, and um, the fingers hurt too)

So anyway, in the equally time honoured traditions of the “if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em” cult, we’ve decided to embrace laziness as a theme (if one can actually do that). You are invited too. If you can get yourself out of bed, that is. The event is on the Saturday. That is tomorrow. 12th April. We have right now planned to meet at the Barista in T. Nagar. We’ll meet, hopefully, around 2:30 in the afternoon. Bring a poem. Or a pillow.

The last time I slept was at a Sanskrit Seminar, right in the first bench. Our President who sat in a plastic chair fell down because he lost his balance. The chair fell in three or four pieces. But that was not because of laziness.Tiredness rather.
