Yes, the idea is incredible. So is the execution, but pardon the cynic here a bit, who the fuck waits 8 hours in the sun to see the water level rising? Unless, hmmm, no. Sorry…I don’t see anybody waiting to see the water coming up.

I think the idea is incredible ! Nobody is going to wait. But even if they see it altered, and some realisations makes it through, well, i guess thats a point scored !
