Great writing, Chandrachoodan. You articulated what we’ve always suspected. The big difference between the two is that after a brush with an “intrusive” ad, you live to tell the tale. It addresses the mind. Terrorism gives you no such choice. But, well, yes, it leaves scars in the minds of those who survived!
Chandrachoodan Gopalakrishnan is a copywriter, photographer and goofball from Chennai. He is also an archaeologist, historian and a city lover. He is currently a documentary film-maker and desk-monkey for a film production house.
