A key, because it exists, must belong to someone. It exists, rather has been made to exist, for two very important purposes –
- To open a lock. A lock has been made to exist to keep something secure. And when there is something that needs to be kept secure, it must belong to someone who cares about it
- To do the task of an earbud when one doesn’t exist
Now, between 1) & 2) point 2) is more conclusive in proving that a key belongs to someone. For you can have something precious when no one exists. But you cannot have an ear to bud without having someone who has a ear, and someone who has authority to earbud the said ear.
Nope. I am not doped.
