KwicTailesTM - #5

We just didn’t connect, you know.

He kept staring at me. He asked me to get comfortable. He would act as if he was listening to me. He kept switching off the lights, and only left the small, dim one on. It was a little unsettling for me. And…and…he kept trying to get me to bed. You know. Where are all the good men, I ask? Men who listen to you? He didn’t. I was talking of my wife…and he only nods. I think I am going to change my psychiatrist.

Aha, WOW! Thanks Kiran. I would have liked to say I spent hours pondering over the story, hunting for just the right words, crafting it till the final reveal, weeding out unnecessary words and cliches and purple bits of prose. But they are all false. I spent like about 3 minutes on this tale – wrote it up in a sudden fit of frenzied inspiration.

    Glad you liked it. :)
