India underperforming

Perhaps, I am not taking myself seriously enough. Perhaps, my work is only 40% satisfactory. Perhaps I need to blog more. How else do you explain India’s pathetic showing

    And how do you explain this? (the Regions Tab, i.e.) India in the top ten for 2004, 2005 and 2006!
