Clever ad. But I think you should be able to complain regardless of whether you voted or not. The fact that you choose to live in a certain neighborhood is itself a much, much stronger vote than anything with a chaappaa on it.

this is what i have been writing about everytime and asking people to do. you dont vote dont talk goverment is not doing anything.
you dont have any right to protest against reservation & stuff…
all that people say, what difference it will make if i vote.. they still dont understand what difference it can make.. rather than asking questions they are not ready to put in effort..
