3108 Blog Day

31 August, today, is World Blog Day. (More on this here, here and here)
As part of the celebration, I am supposed to put up a list of 5 new blogs I discover. So you can too. And thusly, expand the blogosphere.
But I’ve right well ran out of new blogs to discover. One reason is that most of those who I’ve “discovered”, I discovered because they linked to me. And nobody does so anymore (hint, hint
)
Besides, all ye new bloggers have been spotted and tagged by those two great bloglines, India Uncut and Desipundit.
But fortunately, I have stumbled upon a few blogs and pseudo blogs that I am sure will keep you folks engrossed.
(drumrolls…tada)
The Hilariously funny Ramesh Mahadevan
Pandiyan and his animals
Ok. Search as I might, I am unable to find new blogs that haven’t been talked/tagged/blog-day’d about. So read these two people. And party on!
More on Blog Day can be found on Technorati: BlogDay2005
Quick Tale #whatever
But most of all, he had to avoid the one thing he wanted to do. That would be difficult. But if anything, he was known for his willpower and stubbornness.
Day 1. Not a problem.
Day 2. Not yet a problem though he thought about it just once
Day 3. That familiar itch again. He had to touch and see. What harm could be, just touching those gentle…no! control.
Day 4. He woke up with a bad temper. God dammit, it’s been three friggin days without. He hastily pulled on a robe and walked down to where she lay. He entered the room and cast the clothes that covered her away, summarily dismissed…there she was – YES! Oh what the! A phone call. Yes, I’ll be in the office in an hour-babe, don’t go anywhere.
Day 5. Frigging clients. 2 fucking days in the office. Will she be there, waiting for me?
Day 6. Sheesh! That was a dumb presentation. He finally comes home. Home to where she waited, anticipating his fingers on her. Anticipating those delicious highs he coaxes out of her.
Day 7. “Virus K7, nicknamed the I love you virus, causes havoc on computers the world over”
PS. BTW folks, Day 1 to Day 5 was my week too. Regular programming on SelAm will continue. Love ya!
Linky Love
As opposed to Kinky love, neither of which I dislike.
Anyway, Desipundit, that fantastic bloglines without the registration for Indian blogosphere requires us all to share the love.
So here goes
Kisses. Kisses and more kisses
On a more serious note, I’ve been reading Patrix and Kaps for quite a while besides, I’ve also been corresponding with them over mail. Great people and fantastic blogs. Here’s hoping they get all the love they need and more. Do add them to your blogroll and keep checking in daily.
1 more link I need to talk about.
Sumit Dhar has been campaigning for the the Kalia family.
A soldier in the Indian Army, Lt. Kalia was brutally assaulted and killed by the Pakistani Army. But nothing has been done to bring this needless violence to justice. Lt. Kalia’s father has started an online petition hoping something is done and the Human Rights commision is notified.
As Sumit puts it,
We talk so much about the power of the blogosphere. What use is that power if we can not help these parents by raising this issue so that it is heard by International Human Rights Organisations? We have seen instances of main stream media in the US championing issues that were raised by bloggers. Why not in India?
Exactly. Why not in India. Please spread the word, sign the petition.
Wakey
Selective Amnesia , a concept, an idea, a name for a bunch of electrons in air, a version of me, is two years old today.
