Back from the South

He who hath the highway tamed, fears not the city.

I’ve just come back from a 600 Kms trip; to Chidamabaram, Sirgazhi and back. Passing through 6 of Tamil Nadu’s major districts, crossing one of its most important river thrice, and across two ancient provinces – Tondai Mandalam and Chola Manadalam. Report soon; if you care that is.

    heylo chandru!
Trip details are welcome. Would be good if you could answer some specific questions either as a part of that or here:
    1. Did u visit Brihadeeshwara in Tanjore and Gangakondacholapuram as well?
    2. Was this along the ECR? how’s the road?
    3. And most importantly, hows the weather in all these places?
let me know, am plannin 2 explore some temples down south esp tanjore, chidam, and GKpuram this month.
    cheers!
