The Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility

Can be summed up in one mango.
The first Mango of the season, no matter how small, gives you more satisfaction and pleasure than the biggest ones later on in the season, as they are more plentiful.

    Here in Rochester, NY, we’re getting early ‘gos from Mexico. They’re small, brilliant gold, labeled Champagne and no Alphonso. Guess I better return to Chennai in about 10 days.

    That’s ridiculous. The law of diminishing marginal utility does not apply to mangoes. The only reason to stop eating mangoes is that when the rains start eating them gives you a stomach upset.

    It does Ravi, Perfectly. For I tried it out last year, and this year too.

    In fact, LDMU is the basis of restaurant’s eat-allyou want buffets, isn’t it?

    Sat, it’s not a law like Murphy’s. This is an actual law used in the derivation of Demand in Economics
