Re-design
As ya’ll can see, I’ve redesigned the blog. Still workin on it, so hang on, and don’t expect everything to go perfectly well. After all, I ain’t no web-guru. Jus’ an amateur hack.
Plus, this current design won’t (yet) validate as proper XHTML. I want it, as of now, to work and look the way I want it to. Will worry about the conforming and other such details later.
So, how do you folks like the new design?

Not bad. Looks a little “Fair and Lovely” to me. How about a background color or texture?

A little too much white space on the top. So when you land on your page you see the banner, white space and a couple of lines at the bottom of the screen.

u don’t know me actually. I was linked to you by someone else’s blog. karthik subramanian’s perhaps (karthikblogs.blogspot.com) I liked your blog and rolled you into VmBlog’s fold!
I really like your design. Have been on major re-design sprees myself lately. All in the blog. Tweak till you are satisfied and you will end up with something close to perfect.

Folks, all of you. Thanks for the feedback. Well, some of you like it, and some don’t. I personally like this, but am working one out which is more my nature – a lot colourful, a lot jarring on the eye.

Looks clean, but somehow the monochromatic colours doesn’t seem to suit you. I checked your concern for validation. Seems it can be ironed out quite easily.

Your chicken blog looks neat and better than this design.

Looks much better than the Black logo that seemed too gloomy in contrast to your otherwise lively posts. As for white background I still believe that this is the one on which anything would certainly look good.
