Yes! Yes! SSS!! More. Give it to me!

It feels good to be back. After experiencing withdrawal symptoms and suffering slight headaches and nausea, I’m back to blogging. And does it feel good. My eyes sparkle, am a little more active as I propel my chair between cubicles, and I’m getting back the hang of typing with three fingers and one thumb.

Thanks MadMan, for all the help. You’ve definitely, in godfather speak, earned my undying gratitude. :)

Thanks for those mails, back and forth. Thanks for that e-mail template/starter that finally broke through the hurricane induced coma of the Vesana people.

Thanks!

Thanks for that e-mail template/starter that finally broke through the hurricane induced coma of the Vesana people.

  5. Ravages Says:

MadMan asked me to write a really strong, really angry letter to the hosts. And in fact, went ahead and wrote most of it himself. That’s the template I was talking about.

Morphie: No. SOme mix up on the hosts part, and my site had to be taken off. Now I am back.

Good to see the blog again.
Guess the Vesana people had selective amnesia?

  10. Pleomorphous Says:

And I thought you took off!!

  11. vesana.com support Says:

Just wanted to take a moment to publicly apologize for the mixup. While our geographically distributed staff network is often a boon in offering quicker support response times, the recent weather & holiday combined to trigger a breakdown in internal communication. As a direct result, we are developing a new, more transparent system for decision-making that should prevent situations like this from ever happening again (sadly, it all came down to a typo).

Again, please don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s anything else you need.

And I thought it was my web-browser causing all the trouble.

  13. Jax Says:

So you are back, I hope you would have a lot of things to write in the coming days.

  14. Chenthil Says:

Good to see you back CCG. I still have to get those books from you, and was worried that you had vanished :)

  15. The Examined Life Says:

“sadly, it all came down to a typo”

Selective Amnesia is back in action. Vesana claims that the problem was all because of a “typo”. Of course, given CCG’s record, I am going to assume that it was his typo. Come on CCG! Give us the details! And…
