Blatant rip off

I bought a rain-coat/windcheater yesterday. I’m so looking forward to using it for the first time in my life. I wish it rained more often so I could get more practice wearing the rain coat.

Due apologies to Kiruba, for none can better a master at his game

It’s time for all good men and women to come to the aid of the party!

Loyal readers, and dear friends. It is my great pleasure to inform you that I have managed once again to conform (MMS) to my own high standards by getting nominated once again to the Blog Mela.
Loyal readers, rejoice. Not-so-loyal readers, that’s ok. For this once I shall let you rejoice along with loyal ones.

My legs, mine own

A month and half (almost) after the accident, I finally have use of my legs back. Rather, my wheels. I got my bike back y’day from the service centre, and never has my bike been in better condition. (Well, there was this once, before I bought it).

Everything in the bike except the engine and the two wheels are new, and gleaming. And I can once again look at Madras traffic in the eye and say “You suck!”.

Thanks Hemanth

It is easy for me to slip away into the land of Euphoria and be all “Blog Magister”y about my recent 3 lines of fame and popularity.

But before that, I want to come back to earth and thank Hemanth, for his help.

He, when contacted by Karthik Subramaniam, of the Hindu, referred me to him, and hence, I have been quoted in the papers. So first, many, many thanks to him.

Thanks Hemanth, for the referral. I owe you one (along with MadMan, to whom actually, I owe several dozen ones)

In a related piece of news, welcome Kribs’ new convert. None other than the aforementioned Karthik Subramaniam. The reporter has gone ahead and set up his own blog. Check it out at http://karthikblogs.blogspot.com/
