Selective Amnesia There was a point to this. But I forgot.

Obviously a rant! Go on, Ignore it.

So yesterday was the day of Independence. Hmmm. Holy Crap, it wasn’t even decent enough to fall on a weekday and give the rest of us, mortals, a day off.

Sheesh!

Pardon me, while I go off on a Nilu-like rant.

A new beginning. A new day. A new week. I begin today, a man’s work, this man’s work at J. Walter Thompson. Madras’ biggest, largest, best known Ad agency.

Hell hath no fury…

Two posts today that have more than made my day.

The first is by Shanthi. Her post on Indians in USA made for amazing reading.

I am not taking a stand on this, cause I’ve done so on this issue too many times, and I would only repeat myself. Suffice it to say that I absolutely, totally, unconditionally agree with Shanthi.

The second one is a post by Carlene of Stiletto Philosophy. Read her post on Public Breastfeeding. Read it. And then let’s talk.

...like a woman scorned. Time to revise it. Hell hath no fury like a woman and her blog. :)

The Man in the brown suit – Agatha Christie

Finally, an Agatha Christie I liked reading. Most Agatha Christies that I end up reading, I do so only because I want to know what exactly will it end like, and not because I like the act.

Truth be told, reading her convoluted plots is almost torture, and that staid English she uses kind of freaks me away.
