Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you see it, my blog ain’t popular enough for spammers to invest their time and money.

What’s a better gauge of popularity of one’ blog?
More comments or more ‘unique’ visitors?

Nirmalya, comments always feel nice, and especially valid comments from real people. Unique visitors too is a good judge of popularity, looking at statistics and page views and stuff will cramp your style and reasons for blogging.
Suggest not worry about stats now.
